What is the Quarterly Medical Law Review?
QMLR is an online publication produced by the barristers at 1 Crown Office Row. QMLR covers the latest developments in medical law, including clinical negligence, personal injury, inquests, inquiries, regulatory, Court of Protection, costs, the Civil Procedure Rules, abuse, and judicial review.
We provide considered, in-depth analysis of judgments, trends in case-law, legislative developments, inquiry reports, and policy changes. QMLR was historically published on a quarterly basis; we have now introduced ‘QMLR Updates’ to offer more immediate legal analysis.
Every time we publish an update, subscribers will receive an email update. The purpose of this site is to provide all of our articles in a searchable and accessible format. Therefore, we upload the articles as individual posts which are sorted by practice area and tagged with keywords (e.g. ‘Article 2’ or ‘causation’). By clicking on the category names or tags, you can view similar articles. You can also use the search box on the left-hand side.
